Abstract

The Department of Defense has a number of organic innovation efforts underway which use tools like online collaboration and interest-driven networking. These forums serve as a mechanism to engage the DoD workforce in innovation by soliciting ideas and engaging in problem solving, irrespective of rank and service. What can the Department do to further engage its workforce and enhance innovation through internal virtual consultancies?
