Rescue of TET2 Haploinsufficiency in Myelodysplastic Syndrome Patients Using Turbo Cosubstrate

Abstract

During this period, we have demonstrated that 2-oxoglutarate (2OG) analogs can dramatically enhance the activity of TET2 enzymes from MDS patient. Further, we published a manuscript on convenient expression, purification and quantitative liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry-based analysis of TET2. Finally, we have identified novel substrate specificity of TET2 oxygenase.
