CHASE Survey of Technology Needs

Abstract

This paper presents a summary of industrial consensus on future technology needs in the area of security of integrated circuits and electronic assemblies and supply chain risk management based on a survey conducted in late 2015. Counterfeits and Hardware Trojans have been identified as areas needing continued research and focus. Also, this study shows that embedded systems security and cyber physical systems security is an emerging area of interest and importance.
