Acquisition of High Field Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectrometers for Research in Molecular Structure, Function and Dynamics

Abstract

This work combines the work of four investigators in the Department of Chemistry at the University of Louisville. All of the projects require high-field NMR and other techniques of Structural Biology for their completion. Two high-field NMR spectrometers, one operating at400 MHz and one at 700 MHz, were purchased installed and tested.
