Magnetocaloric Effect and Thermoelectric Cooling - A Synergistic Cooling Technology

Abstract

This research aims to improve efficiency of thermal management systems for space platforms. Our efforts have focused on three areas, thermoelectric materials, magnetocaloric materials, and novel devices which use these mechanisms for space applications.
