Copper Oxide (CuO) 2-D Nanosheets for Advanced Electronic and Optical Properties

Abstract

Progress is reported on tuning the band-gap of cuptic oxide nanosheets and a host of applications. New collaborations greatly strengthen this work particularly the addition of theoretical work of Batista in Chemistry at Yale. This will help to understand structure/band gap relationships.
