Abstract

(1) To produce revolutionary, robust, durable, thin anion exchange membranes with sufficiently high ionic conductivities for practical devices. (2) To fundamentally understand, with combined experimental and computational approaches, the interplay of chemistry, processing, and morphology on the performance and durability of anion exchange membranes.
