The following synopsis of the overall pathology report of this study is constructed from the detailed pathology reports and tables which occur in Volume III in the following order: 1. the consulting pathologist's six month interim report preceded by tabulations of gross findings; 2. the corresponding twelve month interim report in the same order, and 3. the final pathology report (with addendum).
