Abstract

Free Space Optical Data Transmission for Secure Computing patent application has a provisional application serial number 62/322,391 and was filed in the United States Patent and Trademark Office on April 14, 2016. HfO memristor devices were measured over a range of temperatures up to 250C. They showed stability in performance at these elevated temperatures.
