Advanced Refractive Effects Prediction System (AREPS) Radar Threshold Model (RTM)

Abstract

This technical document is an end-of-year report for Space and Naval Systems Center Pacific (SSC Pacific) by the Office of Naval Research (ONR) 32 funded Advanced Refractive Effects prediction Systems (AREPS) Radar Threshold Model (RTM) testing effort. The methodology discussed in the report includes a greatly improved algorithm that increases the overall efficiency of determining a PARs radar performance when compared to current algorithms employed within the AREPS.
