Abstract

Develop ocean and air-sea coupled ensemble generation, ensemble data assimilation, and probabilistic prediction capabilities using the Coupled Ocean Atmosphere Mesoscale Prediction System (COAMPS1 ), Navy Coastal Ocean Model (NCOM), and Hybrid Coordinate Ocean Model (HYCOM).
