An Investigation into the Disparity of Judicial and Non-Judicial Punishment Rates for Black Males in the Armed Forces

Abstract

In Phase 1 of this multi-phase research project, two FY92 Topical Research Intern Program (TRIP) participants were tasked with gathering preliminary background information and identifying data sources and offices owning data. Researchers in the follow-on phases will analyze and evaluate all available data; and the final project report will be submitted in the final phase.
