Memristor Crossbar Arrays for Analog and Neuromorphic Computing

Abstract

This is the final technical report of a project titled Memristor Crossbar Arrays For Analog and Neuromorphic Computing. In this report, we summarize the results of the project on neuromorphic computing using memristive devices and crossbar arrays, including level-based analog computing accelerators and spike-based neuromorphic networks.
