Abstract

The present study investigated predictive validities of cognitive ability (Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery) and non-cognitive functioning (NEO Personality Inventory 3rd Edition) for differentiating those who successfully complete versus fail U.S. Air Force pararescue training.
