Abstract
This is the final report for Grant FA9550-15-1-0163: (YIP) Engineering Robust Enzyme Activity through Fundamental Studies of Extremophile Enzymes. During the final period, During this period, we delved deeper into the flexibility inducing mutations designed into a thermostable lipase on three substrates (p-nitrophenol butyrate, p-nitrophenol laurate, p-nitrophenol octanoate).
