The Foreign Area SNCO Beta Test Assessment: 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU)

Abstract

15th MEU agreed to conduct a beta test of the FAS program. The FAS program is designed to fill a gap in Language, Regional Expertise, and Cultural Knowledge (LREC) at the tactical level. It is also well placed to help facilitate the meeting of collective Operational Culture and Language (OCOL) and Security Cooperation (SC) Training and Readiness (T and R) event standards.
