Abstract

This TOP describes accepted methods used to measure, analyze, and report the towing and recovery capabilities of self-recovery, like-vehicle recovery, and dedicated recovery vehicles. Test procedures include safety, performance, and durability. This TOP supersedes TOP 02-2-131 Recovery Vehicles, Full-Tracked, dated 26 March 1973.
