The Design, Properties and Future Applications of Perovskite Thin films with Selective Organic Molecules

Abstract

On behalf of Dr. Yang and his lab we would like to thank AFOSR for their support to conduct this work. This project has been highly productive, with 24 papers published over three years in journals including Nature communications, Advanced Materials, Advanced Energy Materials, Chem, Joule, Nano Letters, Journal of the American Chemical Society, Nano Energy, and more. In this research project we have (1) investigated effects of organic molecules on intrinsic electronic and photo-physical properties of perovskite materials, (2) developed functional organic materials for enhancing properties of perovskite materials and devices utilizing our extensive experience with organic materials, and (3) presented perovskite materials with strategically designed organic molecules for efficient and stable optoelectronic devices such as solar cells, photodetectors, and light emitting diodes.
