PRISM Vol. 6, No. 4

Abstract

PRISM, a quarterly journal published by the Center for Complex Operations (CCO) at the National Defense University, aims to illuminate and provoke debate on whole-of-government efforts to conduct reconstruction, stabilization, counterinsurgency, and irregular warfare operations. Since its inaugural issue in 2010, PRISMs readership has expanded to include more than 10,000 officials, servicemen and women, and practitioners from across the diplomatic, defense and development communities in more than 80 countries.
