Time and Energy Resolved Studies of the Decomposition of Energetic and Model Molecules Following Electronic Excitation and Ionization

Abstract

Major Goals: 1. Determine the reactivity and catalytic behavior of metal oxide and sulfide clusters (eg, Co, Fe, Ni,V). 2. Determine the decomposition and reaction mechanisms for energetic materials. 3. Construct a new state of the art photoelectron apparatus for the above studies.
