DoD Spectrum: Range Commanders Council Perspective

Abstract

Provide brief presentation on 412TW mission, vision, and priorities. Outline current and future planned/anticipated platforms utilizing Global Power/Reach/Vigilance as a guide that will require/utilize spectrum and our operating ranges/areas. Explain the criticality of the importance telemetry and all associated infrastructure spectrum required to support our operations. Highlight spectrum management encroachment issues currently affecting the 412TW operations. Show key functions that the spectrum management office provides. Provide some focus areas and points to spur discussions/questions for the actual spectrum panel.
