What is an Agile Enterprise Support Office? (AESO) A sponsored staff organization that exists to accelerate organizational readiness for Agile/Lean practice adoption through: Improving the fit of the organization for Agile/Lean, E.g. providing workshops that explore how Agile/Lean practices impact specific organizational roles, Improving the fit of Agile/Lean practices for the organization, and choosing practices that meet the organizations transition goals with the least impact possible on staff members.
