Cyber Test Development

Abstract

Since 2008, various phases of research have been conducted to develop and evaluate the Cyber Test (formerly known as the Information and Communications Technology Literacy Test, or ICTL), which is used as a pre-enlistment assessment across Services and has been shown to predict success in entry-level training in cyber-related military occupations. The goal of the current research project was to transition the existing static Cyber Test forms to a computer adaptive test (CAT) platform.
