Continuity and Contingency in USAF Posture Planning

Abstract

This report is intended to provide an analytical framework and recommendations to inform ongoing revisions to the USAF Strategic Master Plan Posture Annex. In particular, it makes recommendations regarding the steps USAF can take to develop and sustain a global posture that is characterized by stable and reliable access and by agility.
