Reduced-Dimension Wireless Network and Radio Design

Abstract

Our research on this grant has focused on several different topics. In particular, we have developed a comprehensive theory of rate distortion theory for sampled analog processes. We have also made contributions to non-coherent schemes for massive MIMO MAC systems, fundamental performance limits of parallel heterogeneous systems, and cross-layer estimation and control for cognitive radios that exploits sparse network dynamics. See attached report for full abstract.
