Demonstrating Enhanced Demand Response Program Participation for Naval District Washington (NDW)

Abstract

This final report is submitted at the request of the ESTCP program to document the plan to conduct the demand response(DR) pilot study and summarize the work accomplished up to the point where the pilot was halted due to new government required cybersecurity processes put in place. The Risk Management Framework (RMF) process was first enacted in or about 2017 as a replacement to the accreditation process that the Weston Solutions, Inc. (WESTON) Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) was originally granted an Authority to Operate (ATO) by the Department of the Navy (Navy) U.S. Fleet Cyber Command in 2012.
