Development of an Integrated Team Training Design and Assessment Architecture to Support Adaptability in Health Care Teams

Abstract

It is the purpose of this project to optimize adaptability and mitigate teamwork-related threats to patient safety by addressing key methodological and conceptual gaps in healthcare simulation-based team training. The investigators are developing the necessary conceptual framework and team performance assessment mechanisms to support training systems that improve adaptability and performance in trauma teams.
