Novel Therapeutic Target Identification through Analysis of Convergent AD and TBI Pathogenic Mechanisms

Abstract

We plan to identify and provide preliminary validation for novel targets for the TBI-AD interrelationship discovered through our molecular level profiling. The goal here is to target validation and provision of these therapeutic targets for future studies in drug discovery and preclinical efficacy; i.e. IND enabling studies of new therapeutic approaches to the AD sequelae of TBI.
