Investigation of Genetic and Immune Mechanisms of Response to BCG for Non-Muscle Invasive Bladder Cancer: A Translational Study of S1602

Abstract

We laid significant groundwork in year 1. Multiple IRB and HRPOs were filed and we are nearly completely ready to begin the expression and genomic profiling. We have identified a critical role of gamma-delta T cells that will allow us to shift experiments from Aim 3 to result in future success of this project.
