Abstract

This report documents research and analysis conducted as part of a project entitled Assessment of Alternative Funding Models for Activities in RDECOM and ATEC, sponsored by the Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff, G-8, U.S. Army. The purpose of the project was to assess alternative ways to fund the U.S. Army Research, Development and Engineering Command (RDECOM)1 and Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC).
