A Study of Material and Optical Properties of Nano Diamond Wires

Abstract

The Seoul National University (SNU) group succeeded to capture the nanodiamonds which were generated at the gas phase. The nanoparticles based on the TCN (Theory of charged nanoparticle) will lead to a new approach in the SiV nanodiamond area. The SNU group came to understand the existence of various allotropes of nanodiamond and their formation in relation with experimental conditions. This understanding will help in synthesizing the SiV cubic-nanodiamonds in HFCVD.
