Abstract

This perspective documents research and analysis conducted as part of a project entitled Analytic Support on the National Defense Strategy, sponsored by the Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff for Financial Management, G-8, U.S. Army. The purpose of the project was to provide the Army Quadrennial Defense Review Office with responsive analytical support to the National Defense Strategy. Research was conducted through August 22, 2018, so this Perspective does not account for additional developments after that date.
