Targeting BRCAness in Gastric Cancer

Abstract

We have made substantial progress in the projects goals. We have set up a system (described below) to interrogate gastric cancer cells with ATR and PARP inhibitors. This screening platform is now up and running and we are prosecuting preliminary hits.
