Targeting non coding RNA regulated Lineage Plasticity to Overcome Antiandrogen Resistance in Advanced Prostate Cancer

Abstract

Metastatic prostate cancer is one of the most lethal form of cancer and the patients are normally treated with next generation AR targeted therapy, such as enzalutamide. However, resistance to these agents are not evitable. Our previously work revealed prostate cancercells can gain resistance via a novel mechanism lineage plasticity, partially driven by Sox2.
