Abstract

This fact sheet responds in part to your January 5, 1995, request that we examine the functions performed by agencies in the federal government, identifying those that are uniquely associated with each agency and those that are performed by two or more agencies. You also asked that we provide financial information and civilian personnel levels associated with each function.
