Air Force CyberWorx: Agile Combat Employment

Abstract

AF CyberWorx hosted seven personnel from Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson in a two day design event 23-24 September 2019 to explore how to maintain continuity of operations and account for and guide personnel and their families when primary modes of communication are unavailable such as during the major earthquake that hit the area in November 2018. The team considered a range of solutions from reviving traditional methods to more high-tech options.
