Hybrid Graphene/Semiconductor Plasmonic Nano-Transceiver and Nano-Antenna for Terahertz-Band Communication

Abstract

Terahertz-band (0.1 to 10 THz) communication is envisioned as a potential key wireless technology to satisfy the need for much higher wireless data rates. During this project 28 refereed papers were produced from fundamental studies of THz technology for communications.
