Strategic Policy Analysis Resource and Knowledgebase (SPARK) Version 1.0 System Documentation

Abstract

This report documents the data management practices for the current Strategic Policy Analysis Resource and Knowledgebase (SPARK) Version 1.0 system, authorized by Air Force Manual 36-2664, Personnel Assessment Program, dated 16 May 2019. The purpose of SPARK is to support strategic studies by the Air Force Examining Activities Program (PE 81713F) to evaluate current or proposed personnel policies to improve person-job-match and general human capital management from pre-accession through retirement.
