Chapter Six: The Future of Systems Architecture

Abstract

In this chapter, we provide introductions to a small variety of todays emerging technologies that currently attract high levels of attention from the US Federal Government. These technologies either currently or will potentially serve as the technical foundation of Government systems. Each of the technologies explored has an impact (or will have an opportunity to impact)on the way in which Big Data is handled.
