Mesenchymal Stem Cell Control of Metastatic Prostate Cancer Cell Evolution and Therapy Resistance in the Bone Microenvironment

Abstract

The goal of this proposal is to examine the impact of interleukin-28 in promoting the resistance of prostate cancer cells in bone. In the second year of this award we have made significant progress and have an article under review at Nature Communications. Aim 2, 3 and 4 are underway. Overall, we are on track with the stated milestones/objectives.
