Abstract

Like many reservist in the months and years following 9/11, I volunteered for active duty. An announcement was posted for a senior NCO for a logistics position in EUCOM. I applied and was accepted for a 179 day tour. I want to share a couple of days of this tour in which made me feel like I contributed to the United States National Interest.
