History of the Non Commissioned Officer Of the United States between 1925-1945

Abstract

This is an unclassified brief, an overview of the history of the noncommissioned officer and the United States during the period of 1925 through 1945. As in World War I the United States was faced with the difficult task of training and selecting noncommissioned officers. During this period the noncommissioned officer would struggle with the decades of indifference to pay and status.
