Abstract

Ethical problems once identified can easily be rectified by using the Army Values as a foundation on which to build your decision making process. The use of the Army Values will ensure that you will be fair and impartial when called to provide a recommendation as to theadjudication of an individual soldiers' offense. There may be times however when personal feelings about an individual may interfere with our decision making abilities. During these times, we must rely on the Army Values more than ever to ensure that the welfare and morale of the unit is not sacrificed due to those personal feelings. Leaders must at all times look past their personal feelings in order to ensure that morale of the unit and the respect and trust of the units Soldiers is not compromised .
