The Military Sealift Command's (MSC's) Negotiation and Administration of Contracts with Sea Land Service, Inc.

Abstract

We have monitored the Military Sealift Command's negotiation and administration and of contracts with Sea-Land Service, Inc., which were in effect during the period from 1966 through 1973. These contracts were negotiated primarily for the transportation of containerized military cargo from the west coast of the United States to Okinawa, the Philippines and Vietnam.
