Abstract

North Korea: I will make a statement concerning the serious violations by your side of the Armistice Agreement which occurred of late in succession. United Nations Command: Your side's charges of sea violations will be investigated in accordance with the terms of the Armistice Agreement, and the result of these investigations will be reported.
