The objective of SLATEis to provide fundamental dense linear algebra capabilities to the US Department of Energyand to the high-performance computing (HPC) community at large. This SLATE Users Guide is intended for application end users, and focuses on the public SLATEAPI. The companion SLATE Developers Guide [1] is intended to describe the internal workings ofSLATE, to be of use for SLATE developers and contributors.
