Abstract

From 1775 to present, the noncommissioned officers roles and responsibilities have made a transformation that you would probably disagree with me on. We know noncommissioned officers lead, train and mentor, but over two hundred years ago, noncommissioned officers were not engaged with Soldiers in the way we see them today.
