Abstract

The Backbone of the Army: what is the meaning and comparison, between two nations,the Dutch and the American? In this personal experience paper, I will compare the role of thenoncommissioned officer (NCO) in chronological order, the responsibilities, the chain ofcommand, instructor, and leadership. The NCO always gets the job done; he will communicatewith the soldiers, and fulfill the command tasks from the officers.
