Sound business management practices for the Army
Abstract
The Eddy Report recommended that the subject of business management be incorporated into the curricula of all schools of the Army Educational system. This is an instructional package on business management prepared by the Office of the Comptroller of the Army "to assist in presentation of business management in branch advanced courses during school year 1951-52". Table of contents: introduction; the planning function of management; the execution function of management; the review and analysis function of management; interrelationships of the management functions; elements inherent in management; and summary and conclusions.
