Strength Tests in Army Fitness Training and Assessment of a Pilot Program

Abstract

This information paper documents a summary of U.S. Army Public Health Center (APHC) evaluation of strength tests data (Squat, Deadlift, and Pull-ups) from a military training program between 2016 and 2018 at the Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCoE), Fort Benning, Georgia, known as the Tactical Athlete Performance (TAP) program and associated TAP Assessment tests (TAP-A).
